We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dynamic Children's Social Work Team as an Interim Assistant Team Manager. This role will see you supporting team managers in key areas such as Child Protection (CP), Cared for Children or disabilities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to social workers, ensuring professional standards are met.
- Lead on complex case assessments to ensure the highest level of service.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams to safeguard vulnerable children and young people.
- Help practitioners develop their skills and enhance their practice.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within children's services.
- A BSc in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Social Work England registration is essential.
- Experience in supervising social workers and managing complex cases.
