Assistant Project Manager - High Wycombe
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join a construction company in High Wycombe. You'll work alongside experienced project managers, assisting in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects for the UK Defence Sector.

Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers on a variety of projects, from initial concept to operational service, within the full project life cycle.
- Contribute to planning, managing, and coordinating projects in line with strict governance.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Present project designs and progress to clients, customers, and end users.
- Collaborate with the supply chain to develop projects from the initial scoping phase through the RIBA phases to RIBA 7.
- Write detailed project scopes and gain client approval.
- Report to clients and customers on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Background in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civils.
- CSCS card or the ability to obtain one.
- An understanding of health and safety, with the ability to gain IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
- Current or recent High Level Security Clearance.
- Be a UK Sole National and be prepared to undergo further clearance processes.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, designers, and military personnel.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A positive and proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider delivery team.
- Understanding of the RIBA phases.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience in managing a supply chain.
