The Opportunity:
We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the a responsive maintenance division, working on social housing contracts. This is an exciting chance to collaborate with a dedicated team of 7-8 members while working on impactful projects that enhance the quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and timely commercial reports.
• Evaluate quotations for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to secure cost-effective agreements.
• Conduct site measurements and take-offs regularly.
• Ensure timely completion of all contractual processes.

Details of the Role:

• Team Size: 7-8 members.
• Reporting To: Project Surveyor.
• Nature of Work: Responsive maintenance on social housing contracts.
• Flexibility: Hybrid and flexible working options available.
• Leadership: No direct reports.

What We're Looking For:

• A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
• Prior experience in responsive maintenance is appreciated.
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
