The role will include:
Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Supporting the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement and payments
Monitoring project costs and reporting on variations
Helping to prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Working closely with site teams to ensure cost control and value for money
