Assistant Site Manager
Are you an Assistant Site Manager? Are you seeking long term work?
A housing site in Gateshead is seeking to employ a full time Assistant Site Manager to work on a housing site. Must have a strong housing background and worked in housing recently.
Work is to start as soon as possible and is on going work.
Role
- Monday to friday
- £25 per hour Umbrella (PAYE also available)
- ASAP
- On going work
- Gateshead based- fully on site
Job Description
- Liaising with colleagues and clients
- Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
- Monitoring budgets to avoid overspend
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
- Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Coordinating teams
- Reviewing houses with a snagging list and pushing on trades teams
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
- Signing off and handing completed work over to the client.
