Key Responsibilities

• Call off materials and manage inventory efficiently.
• Oversee the progression of plots from 1st fix to CML.
• Develop and implement short-term programmes for project completion.
• Coordinate and participate in site meetings.
• Handle Home Quality Inspections effectively.
• Manage all on-site duties including health & safety protocols.
• Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring timely completion of tasks
