Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage Projects: Oversee a wide array of company secretarial assignments, providing direction to junior team members and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
- Refine & Improve Processes: Lead the continuous enhancement of processes for managing annual compliance matters, ensuring accurate and timely filings with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Strategic Involvement: Contribute to the department and firm's overall strategy, staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our practices align with market best standards.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor your team, offering constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor and supporting business growth.
- Business Development: Manage your own business development portfolio, actively seeking new business opportunities and collaborating with partners on consultancy projects to drive firm growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee key operational aspects such as WIP, billing, resource management, and scheduling, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Secretary qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical expertise and a proven track record in managing diverse client portfolios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
