Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic audit team. The Audit Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing audit engagements, overseeing audit teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audits from planning through to completion for a diverse range of clients across various industries.
• Review financial statements, internal controls, risk assessments, and audit procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and legal regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and professional development.
• Develop and execute audit strategies, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant CPA/ACCA/ACA
• Post qualification experience
• In-depth knowledge of audit procedures, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
