Ward: Escalation Unit
Randstad are proud to be working in partnership with Glan Clwyd Hospital to recruit a Band 5 Registered General Nurse to join their dedicated Escalation Unit team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, making a real difference to the lives of patients.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to patients within the Escalation Unit.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a diverse range of patients with varying needs.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the unit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
About You:
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse.
- Experience working in an emergency care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
