Compensation: Day: £20.50; Night/Saturday: £26.65; Sunday/Bank Holiday: £32.80
Randstad urgently seeks a compassionate Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse for our esteemed Aykbourn Unit. This is a high-priority position (urgency level: 3)
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, holistic mental health nursing care to inpatients.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team on comprehensive care plans.
- Deliver proficient 1:1 patient care, adapting to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical guidelines.
- At least 6 months' experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the NHS or a private hospital.
- Proven ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
- Experience with inpatients experiencing mental health problems.
- Experience providing 1:1 patient care.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary teamwork.
