Randstad are delighted to be recruiting for a Band 6 Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a busy Liverpool Walk-in Centre (WIC).
About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will be providing high-quality care to patients presenting with a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries. Experience in a walk-in centre setting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and treating patients presenting with a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries
- Prescribing medication as appropriate
- Providing health advice and education to patients
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Essential Requirements:
- NMC registration
- Significant experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Proven experience working in a Walk-in Centre setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours: 8am to 8pm (Shift patterns will be discussed)
