This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior / Bid Manager to work with the regional office managing schemes on the South Coast. The scope of works will include education, schools, leisure and healthcare projects from £5m to £50m+
Duties:
- Assemble a bid team with the relevant knowledge and skills to prepare a winning bid
- Follow the agreed bid management procedures and ensure they are implemented at each stage of the bid process
- Chair Bid Kick off meetings solution development and mid bid meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a tender period programme, communicate actions to the team and monitor progress
- Attend feedback sessions with the client and coordinate tender queries and amendments
What are they looking for?
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality proposals
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the construction industry as the Bid Manager
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Based in Southampton and or surrounding areas (up to an hour)
