We are seeking a dedicated and skilled BSL Teaching Assistant to support students with hearing impairments and additional communication needs. Working closely with teachers and SEN staff, you will help create an inclusive and accessible learning experience, using British Sign Language to facilitate engagement and understanding.

Key Responsibilities
- Use BSL Level 2 or 3 to support students with hearing impairments.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring equal access to learning.
- Assist in adapting learning materials to meet students' individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff to support student development.
Requirements
- BSL Level 2 or 3 qualification (essential).
- Experience working with children with hearing impairments or additional needs.
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support.
- Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS on the Update service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
