I'm currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer. This is an exciting role where you'll be pivotal in delivering cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions for building services replacements.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing detailed scopes of work for lifecycle and AMP plans by reviewing maintenance records, condition surveys, and other key data.
- Managing Building Regulations/Control and Planning Applications.
- Supporting commissioning activities and providing technical guidance where needed.
- Conducting analysis of survey information and estates data to inform change and improve systems.
- Assisting in project estimations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with an organised and proactive approach to work.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in MoD or military environments.
- Knowledge of PFI contracts.
- A proactive mindset, embracing change and seeking improvements in practices to benefit the business.
