We're recruiting for an Assistant Building Services Manager for a Tier 1 Contractor!
Salary: Upto £45k + Car and Packaged Benefits
Location: Surrey / Sussex / Kent
Are you a Mechanical OR Electrical Project Engineer or M&E Site Manager looking for a new challenge for 2025?
About you:
- Knowledge MEP building services
- Proven track record of project delivery in both technical and commercial aspects of the MEP packages
- Experience working on MEP packages within a variety of sectors ideally; Industrial, Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical would be advantageous
- Knowledge with assurance processes
- Knowledge of codes of practice
- Knowledge and active understanding of sections of statutory documentation such as; Building Regulations, Planning Permission, Health and Safety Regulations, Environmental Regulations, Contractual Obligations, Building Control Approvals, CDM Regulations.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a similar role within the MEP sector.
