About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by acquiring new B2B clients and expanding relationships. You will combine sales expertise with a strong understanding of IT solutions and Cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly new business sales targets.
- Identify and engage prospective clients via calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers.
- Deliver persuasive presentations on cutting-edge IT solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Stay informed on industry trends for strategic planning.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales success in IT (hardware, software, infrastructure, etc.)
- Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Strong networking, deal-closing, and after-sales skills.
- Ability to grasp new technologies and communicate their value.
