We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Business Director to lead our healthcare division and drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the healthcare sector.
- Align business objectives with company goals, ensuring sustainable and long-term success.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the delivery of facilities management services to healthcare clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Understand client needs and ensure services meet or exceed their expectations.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve business targets.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their potential and contribute to business success.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure new clients to expand the company's market presence.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the business and its clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Director or similar senior leadership role within the facilities management or healthcare sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the facilities management or healthcare sector.
