Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee budgetary planning and financial reporting, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support educational objectives.
- Human Resources: Manage HR functions including recruitment, contracts, and staff development.
- Facilities and Operations: Coordinate premises management, health and safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies, procedures, and long-term strategic goals.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and support governing bodies in financial governance.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Understanding of HR procedures and policies.
- Ability to think strategically and drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Good knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
