Position Responsibilities:
Develop relationship with Internal and External Stakeholders to maximise all retail finance opportunities and ensure an aligned approach.
Develop work flow to identify key challenges/solutions to grow retail finance penetration.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly retail finance sales reports.
Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices
Digital marketing liaison for the Location.
Identify risk issues and escalate as appropriate.
Work closely with all parties to ensure all credit related matters are handled as appropriate and in a timely manner.
Analyse and evaluate dealer performance and make appropriate recommendations.
Prepare reports and recommendations upon request.
Work with Location Manager and other stakeholders to support risk function.
Work with counsel (internal & external) regarding relevant legal/security issues.
Support Critical Supplier Review Completion
Support Internal Control reviews as required
Ensure appropriate knowledge and adherence to all relevant internal controls and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Regulatory Laws of Ireland e.g. AML, GDPR
Any ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

Qualifications and Skills Essential Criteria
Data competency - ability to work with large and complex data sets and communicate key points in a clear and meaningful way. Intermediate Excel skills minimum requirement. Ability to interpret data and provide business interpretations including Powerpoint presentation development.
Strong communication - ability to effectively communicate across different functional teams and at all levels of the business across all communication channels (written & verbal)
Resilience - ability to work under pressure, accurately and to tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Work Planning - ability to prioritize
