Looking to recruit a Call Centre Supervisor to join a leading Maintenance contractor based in Woking on a permanent basis
This role involves overseeing job data accuracy, supporting the training and development of a small administrative team, and ensuring client KPIs are met in a dynamic call centre environment. We are after someone who has previous Maintenance/ helpdesk experience
- Understand the end-to-end process of delivering repairs and the key roles involved in achieving it.
- Monitor call reports/ produce data to provide insights into productivity
- Manage team performance, resolving conflicts and performance issues to ensure positive outcomes.
- Ensure job management systems are updated promptly and accurately.
