Randstad is seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis Team in either Oldham or Stockport.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Rapid Support: You'll respond quickly to requests for assistance when young people are experiencing a mental health crisis, working alongside senior clinical staff.
- Assess and Manage Crisis: You'll contribute to the assessment and management of young people in crisis, using a structured risk assessment and risk reduction framework.
- Develop Care Plans: You'll create holistic care plans focused on safety and recovery, working collaboratively with families and other services to reduce the need for inpatient care.
- Promote Resilience: You'll help young people and their families develop coping skills and strategies to prevent future crises.

- Heathfield House, Cale Green, Stockport, SK2 6RA
Your Schedule:
- Flexible Hours: Ideally 37.5 hours per week, but we can offer less hours.
- 7 Days a Week: We need coverage across the week, including evenings and weekends.
- Shift Patterns: We offer various shifts, including 8am-8pm, shorter shifts of 8-4 or 12-8.
