What You'll Do:
As part of a specialist team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by:

What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, we're seeking individuals who have:
- Experience supporting adults or young people in a residential care setting
- Confidence in managing heightened behaviors and using de-escalation techniques
- A clear understanding of the importance of accurate record keeping and reporting
- The creativity to engage and build trust with vulnerable individuals
- A strong sense of professional boundaries and the ability to maintain them at all times
- A driver's license and business insurance
