Job Description:
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team working to support vulnerable individuals in our community. Your responsibilities will include:
🕹 Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective and efficient support to vulnerable people.
🕹 Building and maintaining positive relationships with supported individuals, providing individualised care and support.
🕹 Supporting individuals in their chosen activities and promoting independence and well-being.
Specific Duties:
🌟 Supporting individuals with household chores and promoting independence.
🌟 Facilitating community engagement and participation in enjoyable activities.
