• Position: Full-time Adult Care Assistant
• Shift Patterns: Flexible shifts available - early, late, and long days
• Hourly Rate: Up to £21 per hour

In this role, you will support members of the community, assisting them with medication administration, mobility, and personal care. You'll work with individuals with varying disabilities, providing support for their physical and mental health needs, enabling them to lead independent lives.

The Role Includes:

• Providing person-centred care, supporting individuals with daily activities and medication
• Assisting with personal care and moving and handling
• Encouraging independence and supporting mental health needs
• Working in a way that respects the rights of service users and supports informed decision-making
• Maintaining professional standards and meeting National Care Standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Essential: At least 1 year of experience in a care setting within the UK
• Desirable: SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care
• Passionate about improving the lives of others
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
