Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a store supervisory catering or hospitality role OR a level 3 a Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. Professional Cookery, Hospitality, Stores plus one year's experience working in the field of catering and hospitality.
• Experience in stock management
• Understanding of health and safety procedures and legislation
• Due to the nature of this work a successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced accessNI

Responsibilities:

• To provide an efficient, effective, and safe technical service to students and lecturers in support of education and training within all curriculum areas by supporting classroom practice and learning activities, ensuring that facilities, equipment, and materials are prepared in advance and to the required standard.
• Demonstrating techniques as specified by the lecturer and providing assistance and supervision to students during practical, theory sessions, exams, and assessment.
• Issuing equipment and materials to students in accordance with college procedures.
• Receive and check items delivered are in good condition and that they agree with both the order and delivery documentation.
• Ensure hygiene regulations and school procedures are adhered to with regard to cleanliness of stores areas and transportation to classes.
