Responsibilities of the Successful chef:

- Direct and supervise all kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with their responsibilities with regard to Food Hygiene
- Health & Safety requirements. Manage and maintain accurate stock control. Check and maintain First Aid equipment within the kitchen. Monitor temperature controls
- Check the freshness of food and ingredients
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
- Plan menus and ensure the quality of meals
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Minimum 2 years exp working as a chef

Essential possession of a personal vehicle as a car driver
