Responsibilities:
- Create and present excellent chemistry classes that follow the national curriculum.
- Evaluate and track student's progress while offering helpful criticism to encourage development.
- Assist students in achieving their desired marks by preparing them for GCSE and A-Level exams.
- Participate in the formulation of the science department's curriculum and the creation of resources.
- Talk about the progress of the pupil and resolve any issues with the parents and caretakers.
- Engage in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements for success in this position:
- A qualified science teacher is needed!
- UK QTS and experience are essential.
- Must provide 2 proven professional references.
- Right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Capacity to instruct in all three sciences at KS3 and KS4
- Strong subject-matter expertise is needed; GCSE and A Levels
- 3 years of minimum experience teaching science is necessary!
