An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social Worker to join one of our Locality Teams in Clackmannanshire, working 28 hours per week on a hybrid basis. Your expertise and commitment will play a crucial role in managing child protection and statutory cases while promoting the welfare of children and families.
We are seeking a confident and competent professional ready to take on challenging but rewarding work, ensuring the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage a caseload of child protection and statutory cases.
- Undertake assessments and develop care plans focused on children's safety and well-being.
- Provide direct support and intervention to children and families.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-agency partners to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- Membership of the PVG scheme.
- Significant experience in child protection and statutory case management.
