Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake assessments and develop care plans focused on children's safety and wellbeing.
- Provide support and guidance to children, families, and carers.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventions.
- Monitor progress and review cases to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- Membership of the PVG scheme.
- Experience working with children and families.
