An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join a dedicated Children & Families Team in Falkirk, where your skills and commitment will help create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated professional dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure children's safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide support, guidance, and advocacy for children, families, and carers.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams to coordinate effective interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- Membership of the PVG scheme.
- Relevant experience working with children and families.
