Social Worker - Children in Care and Care Leavers Team

Location: Newcastle
Pay Rate: £29 - £32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to children in care and care leavers, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
• Develop and implement care plans that promote stability, independence, and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver holistic care and support.
• Advocate for the rights and interests of children and young people in your care.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
• Experience working with children in care or care leavers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
