About the Children in Care Team:
The Children in Care Team is committed to ensuring that every child in care has the opportunity to thrive in a safe, stable, and supportive environment. As a Senior Social Worker, you will:
Manage a caseload of looked-after children, ensuring their needs are met.
Develop and implement care plans that promote long-term stability and well-being.
Work in partnership with foster carers, residential teams, schools, and health professionals.
Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in care.
Conduct statutory visits, assessments, and permanency planning.
Advocate for children and ensure their voices are heard in decision-making.

What You Need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
Registration with Social Care England.
Experience in Children in Care, Looked After Children, or Permanency Planning.
Strong assessment, safeguarding, and relationship-building skills.
A passion for creating brighter futures for vulnerable children.
