Our client is a leading childcare provider in Scotland, and is seeking passionate Residential Care Workers to join their expanding team. About the Role:
You'll be part of a dedicated team providing person-centered care to young people with diverse needs. Responsibilities include supporting their emotional, social, and physical well-being.
Shift Patterns:
- Full-time: 24-hour shifts (including 8-hour sleepover) on a 9-week rolling rota (3 days on, 3 days off).
- Part-time: 12-hour shifts (10 am - 10 pm) or 6-hour shifts (10 am - 4 pm / 4 pm - 10 pm).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in residential childcare (preferred).
- HNC/SVQ 3 qualification or working towards it.
- Clean driving license (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A passion for making a difference!
