Your Role:
As a Social Worker within the Children in Fostering/Connected carers, you will:
- Our Fostering and Connected carers teams work with our connected carers and foster carers, to assess caring capacity and ensure appropriate living arrangements for our children and young people unable to remain living with their parents.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated social workers who:
- Are registered with Social Work England.
- Have experience working with in Fostering/Connected carers or a similar field.
- Are committed to providing the highest quality care and support to children and families.
- Are able to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and partner agencies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
