This innovative setting is currently seeking a classroom support assistant to assist learners in small classes of 10 pupils. In this role you will work alongside another CSA supporting the class teacher in the delivery of the lesson, helping to keep the children engaged and supporting outdoor activities.
This role is needed on a full time basis, Monday-Friday 08:30-4:30pm. Applicants for this role must be available to start work now or in January 2025.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
- Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
- Supporting learners with severe and complex needs
- Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives
