We are seeking a reliable and hardworking part-time cleaner to join our team on a 10 hour contract at an active construction site in Skelmanthorpe. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site, ensuring a safe and tidy environment for all workers.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Cleaning site cabins, offices, and communal areas (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
- Disposing of waste and rubbish in accordance with site regulations
- Regular sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Restocking hygiene supplies (soap, towels, etc.)
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning supply needs to the site manager
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally on a construction site or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
- A good understanding of health and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Flexibility to adapt to changing site needs
