Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner
Location: Wimbledon, London
A well-established company is looking for an experienced Construction Site Cleaner to join their team in Wimbledon. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on active construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain construction sites, ensuring all areas are free of debris, dust, and hazards
- Remove construction waste and dispose of it in the appropriate areas
- Clean and sanitize portable restrooms and welfare facilities
- Ensure pathways and workspaces are clear and safe for all site workers
- Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
- Previous experience cleaning on construction sites is essential
- A valid CSCS card is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to site cleanliness
