Commercial Analyst - Stratford - £28k Salary + Fantastic Benefits!
We're looking for a talented Commercial Analyst to join a leading property services provider.
The Role:
As a Commercial Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in assisting and administering all commercial aspects of our contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing completed jobs to ensure the valuation of works is maximised and cost/risk is minimised.
- Conducting analysis and reporting to management.
- Liaising with clients and supply chains regarding commercial matters.
- Approving sub-contract claims for payment and completing work orders.
- Raising Purchase Orders to ensure costs are captured.
- Participating in periodic reviews with the Commercial Manager and Finance team.
- Managing key processes and systems of working.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in responsive maintenance.
- Familiarity with using a Schedule of Rates.
- Experience in compiling reports and analysis.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
