Job: Asbestos Surveyor

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000
Package: Door to Door Travel-time + Overtime can bring potential earnings up to £45,000 - £50,000 package

Working at this consultancy will allow you to survey commercial buildings of high-street names, and not only this, you will carry out these surveys using the latest and most advanced survey software available.

The Role:
- Carrying out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and building inspection, including management, refurbishment and demolition surveys as well as land investigation and inspection.
- Refurbishment surveys to pre-construction industrial units
- Directing an assistant surveyor and mentoring them
- Carrying out re-inspections, update asbestos registers and asbestos management plans, ensuring that inspection works are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and comply with the quality system.
- Recording all site data and compile inspection reports using the industry leading software.
About You:
- You will be a P402 or RSPH qualified surveyor who has a proven post qualification track record.
- A surveyor who has just housing experience would still be encouraged to apply, as full training will be given
- You must have a flexible mindset with regards to working out of normal hours (overtime and travel-time paid)
- Full Driving licence is essential.
