An established Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Birmingham. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the commercial aspects of the project, ensuring cost control and budget adherence.

* Oversee all commercial functions, including cost reporting, contract administration, and risk management.
* Mentor and guide junior staff members within the team.
* Contribute to the overall success of the project, adhering to deadlines and meeting client expectations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager with a strong track record of success on large-scale civil engineering projects.
* Excellent knowledge of cost management principles and practices.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate teams.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
