Commercial Manager role with City based D&B Fit Out Contractor - exciting growth & progression opportunity
One of the Office Fit Out contractor clients I've worked with since they started up 4-5 years ago are now looking for a Commercial Manager / Senior QS to join their team.
The role will initially be to commercially manage a c.£8m CAT A office fit-out project in the City, which has the potential for extra work and to grow to c.£14m, working with a key client where there's already a great existing relationship.
My client is a relatively new company formed some 4-5 years ago by Directors who left a large, well-established and reputable D&B fit out contractor to start up - they've enjoyed strong and steady growth since and now have a T/O approaching £20m and growing.
This opportunity isn't just for a Commercial Manager to run a project or projects, though it certainly is that in the first instance, but also to grow and develop with the company and ultimately could lead to a Commercial Director position and a share in the company etc.
The role will suit an individual who is already a Senior QS or Commercial Manager and managing their own project or projects, likely within a Fit Out contractor (whether D&B or Trad) and wanting to take the next step to progress their experience and career.
