Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Liverpool City Council as a Commissioning and Contracts Manager.. This is a full time role and the pay rate will be decided upon experience.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for commissioning and management of a range of contracts across Children's and Young People's Services, ensuring effective performance monitoring and evaluation to inform future needs.
- Responsible for the arrangement and management of a range of contracts across children and young people's services ensuring effective performance monitoring and evaluation to inform future commissioning needs.
- Implement performance management systems are in place to ensure optimum service delivery.
- Contribute to Commissioning and Sufficiency Strategy and action plan to ensure service is effective and efficient, as well as within financial budgets.
- Develop and review the QA Framework for all commissioned services.

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS
- Must have previous track record in commissioning in Children's Services
- Must have previous experience of project management delivery, financial monitoring and performance management
- Excellent reporting skills and data analysis within commissioning
