What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans to promote the company's activities, projects, and achievements.
• Manage all aspects of internal and external communications, including media relations, social media, website content, and stakeholder engagement.
• Craft compelling narratives and messages that highlight the company's commitment to delivering high-quality highways projects and its social value contributions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, media outlets, and industry partners.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in communications, ensuring the company's approach is innovative and effective.
• Develop and manage social media strategies, creating engaging content that builds brand awareness and connects with key audiences.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Communications Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the highways or construction industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages for various audiences.
• A passion for telling compelling stories and promoting positive change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and analytics.
• An understanding of social value principles and how to communicate their impact effectively.
