My client is looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join there leading Property Services company in based in Stratford on a permanent basis

- You will be logging and investigating complaints about repairs, working with contractors to plan and complete these works to offer a swift resolution.
- Working towards KPI'S and agreed targets for your service area.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has relevant experience within a similar role, with experience of repairs planning ideally. Must have strong administration skills, and knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Must be able to work in an office in East London
