What You'll Do:
- Investigate Product Returns: You'll conduct thorough investigations into customer-returned products, determining the root cause of any issues. (This is not a customer service role; you won't be handling customer calls!)
- Analyse Data: You'll utilise our computer systems to identify trends and patterns in product complaints.
- Improve Processes: Proactively support the implementation of new and improved processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Communicate professionally with colleagues worldwide and contribute to team goals.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on new product developments and support complaint readiness activities.
- Identify Trends: Highlight any trends in product complaints to management for further investigation.

Important Details:
- Pay rate: £14 per hour
- Location: Witney, OX29 0YL
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am to 7pm (temp role)
What We're Looking For:
- Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in using computer packages, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow procedures and accurately document findings.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse information to find root causes.
- Qualifications: Secondary education, or equivalent qualification, completed in Maths and English.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience (Beneficial): Experience of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and/or laboratory best practice, problem solving, and root cause analysis is a plus but not essential.
- 5 Years of Referencing: A 5-year referencing history (employment or alternative activity) will be required for successful applicants.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
