We're seeking a dedicated Complaints Officer to join a leading property maintenance company in Stratford. You'll be the first point of contact for residents and clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.

What you'll do:
- Handle complaints and proactively prevent issues from escalating.
- Investigate and resolve complaints within target timescales.
- Maintain our complaints log and identify areas for improvement.
- Visit residents in their homes and address their concerns.
- Support our team and contribute to a positive work environment.
What we offer:
- Full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Based in Straford office.
- Salary of £28,000.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience of working within a Customer Services environment and handling complaints/responding to customer dissatisfaction.
- Proven experience of working in a busy environment and delivering successful outcomes within challenging deadlines.
- Experience of planning and prioritising own time effectively.
- Previous experience of working with Local Authorities or Registered Housing Providers (desirable).
