We're seeking a Construction Manager to join a construction company in High Wycombe. You'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the construction phase of critical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress closely, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Review and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Conduct rigorous quality and safety inspections, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the supply chain, clients, end users, and military personnel.
- Deliver toolbox talks to the supply chain, emphasising safety protocols and best practices.
- Manage HSE and Environmental matters, including reporting statistics, near misses, and ensuring compliance.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working for a Tier 1 contractor.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Previous experience on MoD or highly regulated sites.
- Strong track record in managing site safety and performance.
- Hold or have held High Level Security Clearance.
- Be a UK Sole National and willing to undergo further clearance processes.
- Possess SMSTS + CSCS Card + First Aid (in date).
- Hold HSEQ training including NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely, Asbestos awareness or management, Legionella awareness or management, and a recognised Temporary Works qualification (CITB).

- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients, subcontractors, designers, customers, military personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to support the wider delivery team.
