Facilities Maintenance Contracts Support - Birmingham
Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Contracts Support to join their team in coventry. This is a full-time role with a salary of up to £32,000.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the facilities management team in managing and administering maintenance contracts
- Monitor and maintain records of contract progress, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including monitoring and reporting on contractor performance
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that maintenance work is carried out effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in facilities management, preferably in a contract support role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
