As Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple housing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will manage all contractual aspects of the build process, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure that each development adheres to industry regulations and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts for multiple housing developments from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, building regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control
- Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Problem-solve any issues that arise on site to ensure project continuity
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
- Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges
