Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead social housing Reactive and Planned works projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing management.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, specifically within social housing
- Solid understanding of retrofit technologies, energy efficiency measures, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
